New LitRPG Releases This Month

The LitRPG genre publishes at a pace that is genuinely difficult to track. Between Amazon KDP, Royal Road serialization, and Audible originals, there are new entries every week across every sub-genre. This page surfaces the most recent additions to our database — LitRPG, progression fantasy, dungeon core, GameLit, and related genres.

Not every book here will be a classic. Some will be excellent. Some will be the first entry in a series that goes on to define a sub-genre. The point of a new releases tracker is to help you find those signal books before word of mouth does it for you.

Rankings on this page are by recency, not rating — these books are too new for meaningful community score data. Check back in a few months to see which ones hold up.

The Artificer's #2

LitRPG

All seems well. Renan has successfully defeated the demon at the ancient ruins and ensured Yana's safety. But is everything truly good? Barely back in Westholde, our friends are captured by the Silver Circle for interrogation. Rumors of objects coming to life have reached the Mages' ears, placing a massive target on Renan's back. Mistaken for an unlicensed magic user—a crime punishable by law—Renan is thrust into a perilous situation. When the Mages rip his Aetheric Record from him to investigate further, they find no discernible Class and no trace of lingering magic. Renan insists he's a Level 8 Artificer, but the Mages have never heard of such a class or its abilities. Though his name is eventually cleared, Renan quickly realizes his troubles are far from over. As it turns out, magic is strictly regulated for reasons that go far beyond politics. Flares aren't the only danger in this world; the demon Renan encountered at the airship was just one of many Void-spawns, creatures drawn to magic users. This is why every Mage must be accounted for—their very existence poses a threat to all. Renan and Yana must tread carefully, especially as the lure of adventure proves too strong to resist. When an opportunity arises to explore another pre-Cataclysm ruin, they can't say no. But reaching it will require them to navigate monster-infested woods. Thankfully, each monster they defeat brings valuable XP and new skills to master. What secrets will Renan and Yana uncover in their quest to unravel the mysteries of Artifice? What ingenious constructs will Renan learn to craft? Find out in The Artificer's Chronicles 2!

Every entity, each echo, everywhere, ends. Welcome to a LitRPG deck building nightmare wrapped inside a portal progression fantasy that rewrites the rules of survival. Joe never asked to be dragged into a fantasy isekai, but the tower doesn't ask permission. Each floor is a living gauntlet: kaiju guardians warped by chaos, factions clashing for dominance, and respawns that drain a year from your life. Time itself is the currency, and every decision comes at a cost. Armed with a hacker's mind, a battered notebook, and a few volatile MadOrbz, Joe forges a path no one expects. In a tower where even death has rules, sometimes survival means breaking them. A rogue main character can change destiny, if he survives long enough. This isn't just isekai fantasy. It's a brutal climb of strategy, betrayal, and monstrous battles where even immortality has an expiration date. For fans of LitRPG rogue survival, high-stakes deck mechanics, and kaiju-scale warfare, the Titan Tower Trilogy delivers an ascent like no other. Climb the tower. Defy the system. Outlast the echoes of time.
